Is there anything you would put in place of Primathmech? It doesn't actually seem to be legal for the event as when I try to search it with the event tab on it won't show up, it will under standard though.
@EmmaValentineox you are representing the six samurai very well. I am using the six samurai in the event as well, and defeated weather painter, cubics, mathmech, orcust, and humiliated crusadia. Also, I have defeated in an epic duel against blackwing
Thanks so much for the deck list. I've been trying to put together a list for the chronicle and it's nice to see I was on the right track. Quick question, what do you think about changing one of the ready/instant fusions for cross out to help give more resilience against ash / nibiru (maybe dropping an ash for crossout tech choices)?
The main reason Instant + Ready Fusion are there is for extra options in case of hand traps stopping Kageki etc. Crossout could be decent I think. You'd just have to run a copy of specific hand traps to get the most value from it
@@EmmaValentineox Thanks for the insight. The handtraps I was more concerned about were things like ghost ogre on gateway or nib, which are both pretty hard to come back from. I guess it will depend on the meta around the chronicle. I assume most people will be teching for orcust.
Very difficult! But I don't think Runic is available in this event. Otherwise I imagine you'd turbo out Rhongo and just repeatedly crash into their open field

I duelled them a couple of times with this build and they unfortunately hard opened the outs to my board (Amano Iwato + floodgates etc.) I think Infinite Impermanence will be very good against them. Maybe even a potential Great Shogun Shien tech to restrict their spell usage to 1 per turn
I think it's more important to use your deck space for techs that benefit you more than a simple draw. Upstart is a good card, but the deck list doesn't have much room for tech cards that don't inherently improve the performance
You posted that DDR was in the deck list, but it’s not in the deck list in the video. Did you actually play DDR or no? I haven’t watched the video yet, so I’m not sure if you did, sorry. I’m just noting the deck List down and noticed the discrepancy while I had the video paused.
Not sure if you’ve used this combo but when u summon appollosa and shi en (synchro) why not use baron de fleur to summon during enemy standby phase shogun shien to spell lock them
This specific deck list was built to focus on the new event. Baronne is banned in it unfortunately! Otherwise I would have included cards such as Baronne and Borreload (including Shogun Shien to easily summon it) But I do like the combo! I love using Shogun Shien even if it's considered a brick at times

quick question, why isnt 'upstart goblin' (Draw 1, Opponent gains 1000 Life Points) a popular card? I slap in 3 copies in all my decks

Cuz it's a big investment in MD to have 90 UR points for it rather than getting some hand traps instead?
