one thing that the authorities need to do is sort out the public transport and make it easier to get to these places and get out off the Disney and universal bubbles

Great point! Proximity and having free transportation inside the bubble going practically anywhere you want within the bubble creates a pretty significant disadvantage for places like Pointe, where public transportation isn't up to par.
