I had no IDEA all this was going on! 😁 Doncha love the way MW symmetrically weaves the 'external' letter-mystery elements/dynamics into those of the 'internal' postable relationships?! And the wonderful 'pink-bubbles' that drift away, only to return later, full blown! Just amazing craftsmanship! Martha is a TOTAL MASTER. And a Christian! I dearly wish she were the big sister I never had! I'd be pestering her with my songs and asking about writing tips and insight all the time!!! Hahaha. A lovelier and more profound screen-writing gem may well not be found.❤

Alameda & Downing, you did a great job decoding the Porch Conversation in the episode From Paris With Love. There are a couple scenes from the episode Higher Ground that could use your analysis. Shane & Oliver have begun a budding romance. She's even starting to TALK like Oliver! In code! She decides to go with Steve on a cyber ops mission. She says a couple practical things to Oliver on her porch. Then she made a statement of Gabe & Hattie. Later she'll say to Oliver "in code" that she hopes she's worth the wait. She wasn't talking about Hattie.

This scene is just 2much, i get goosebumps every time i rerun it ( which must b atleast 80+ times now).
Now b honest ppl; even the coldest of hearts couldn't help but melt after this intensely romantic scene.
