The Africa Twin is no one's dream bike, it is just the closest thing affordable thing to being their dream bike. You won't see people riding sport bikes through the streets of India/Italy/Brazil etc...

@imkay, the green light that you see off to the right of the speedo is for the different riding modes. Here is the break down: There are five lights to the right that you could get. Starting from the bottom going up; bottom = warning light, bottom middle = dry2, middle = dry1, top middle = medium, top = wet.
Here are details on each:

So to answer your question in the video, the mode you are on is DRY1, hence the middle square green light. Hope this helps!

As a race engineer i reccomend you give her sligth revs during warmup (3-4k rpm) because otherwise it takes for ever to warm up and you damage stuff. its even better if you just ride it and not be too hard on it for 10 minutes or so
and also get your suspension tuned for the street. it is by far to hard and consequently you can not generate a lot of heat and grip by riding on the street and not beeing on the edge of traction every moment

This bike is beyond words! You're obviously used to riding the top bikes and exploring the insane performance on tap, but I cringe every time I notice you're just wearing jeans with half your leg exposed, a hoodie and no boots or something along those lines... why not wear any gear??? I mean, don't you look cool enough on the most badass bikes known to man? is it really worth the risk when you ride that fast? I just don't get the superman mentality when the proper gear could be the difference between riding again in a week or less than a month vs being dead or nearly dead and never riding again, or maybe never walking again or any number of awful scenarios that could be mitigated with good gear. I know, I know, bro's gonna be like "chill Mom" or whatever, but I would really like to know what your answer is.
Regardless, I'm not trying to hate by any means. I already subbed and I'm liking everything I've seen so far... awesome content!
I have an outside the box idea for a kickstand for the HP4 R, have something fabricated that clamps around the carbon fiber frame, instead of drilling into it, that will ruin the structural integrity of it, if you could somehow come up with a design to spread out distribution of the weight of the motorcycle, have it clamped around the frame maybe 6 to 8 inches, or more, or possible a 3 point anchor clamp
Who knows if this is a terrible idea, or doesn't make sense somehow, if it could possibly be done, i'm sure you know people that could make it happen

I always found the 2018 gen of the s1krrs always had a ton of front end vibrations, i was told this is normal by my local bmw, i imagine its just a lot more on the hp4 race due to how light it is
