  • This time focusing on the four pound Engineer’s Hammers working through a few drills that are part of my regular training program for developing and maintaining range of motion and power in my striking mechanics. A video going over all the different exercises would take a while so here are a few to give you a general idea. As noted before, if you decide to try this, consult your own physician, do so at your own risk. I started with light weights and worked up to these over time.
