I love seeing april grows and gets stronger throughout the show, she isn't a badass from the start and actually makes mistakes and by the end she becomes an amazing kunoichi with incredible psychic powers. Best version of april to date

This version of April was honestly amazing! It's just sad the show ended without a proper conclusion for her. As I feel Season 4 was a true conclusion to the show, while Season 5 was just... full of randomness. But it was nice to see the team ups with Miyamoto Usagi and the 1987 versions of themselves.

The first series of TMNT may be the biggest cult classic icon, but their April really wasn't used a lot as a good fighter or helper. This April really was a big step up and improvement on her character.

Actually, the 2012 version reminds me of Katara + Psylocke given that the voice actress Mae Whitman has done both Katara and 2012 April and her psychic powers and ninjitsu. It's a shame that 2012 April became unbearable like Katara down the line.
