I work with seniors who are showing signs of dementia and a lot of these tests are what we would use to determine congitve ability - especially the clock / coin ones.

something odd I seemed to see is when they did the sharp or dull, they seemed to had responded faster when it came to sharp rather then dull she responded slightly later
