So far my favorite all time episode other than season one is season 10 episode 10... when he exposes the governor. His speech was amazing and elevated the show. His trick on the governor... It somehow felt like a whole new show. Beautiful. The way he carries himself makes him bigger than the show honestly. He is that good of an actor.

This comment that if they changed the storyline that viewers would NOT be happy was extremely prophetic! The new story runner (ruiner) should have given this serious thought before changing the direction this story took. I deleted the timer so it no longer tapes. I haven't watched one episode this season, and I have read that their numbers are down considerably. It doesn't surprise me. I feel sad because it was my favorite series. I wish that they would have seen ALL the wonderful possibilities that the Lucas, 😢Elizabeth, and Little Jack storyline had!!! Too bad, soooooo sad!!! It reminds me of an old saying. I think it goes something like this. "Of all the words of tongue and pen, the saddest of these are it might have been!!!"

But internet streaming services like Hallmark Movies Now and other streaming services that show WCTH viewer numbers were up. So, that tells me the majority of hearties were team nathan fans or they were a heartie who wanted to give the new direction of the show a chance even if they had liked Lucas and Elizabeth as a couple. I never disliked Lucas, but I always wanted to see Elizabeth date Nathan too. I wasn't devastated like some team Lucas fans when Elizabeth dumped Lucas.... I'm interested to see what Elizabeth and Nathan's relationship is like. Right now the writers have a soft, gentle Love Comes Softly approach Nathan is taking towards a romantic relationship with Elizabeth. But in the last previews it looks like things are about to pick up. Also, I like Chris McNally's new role of Lucas being governor. Hallmark just renewed WCTH for a S12. So, the show is doing great. I think Kevin McGarry, Chris McNally, and Erin Krakow are all good actors and am glad this series continues. I hope you can continue enjoying Lucas as governor and other HV residents storylines even if your not happy about the writers breaking up Lucas and Elizabeth.

Seeing previews of Lucas and Elizabeth is the only reason I started watching the show and honestly Jack was sweet and Nathan can be too but Lucas seems more fitting for Elizabeth than either of them. My daughter didn’t agree at first and didn’t like him whatsoever but he’s grown on her lol

The show didn't end when Lee and Rosemary got married. Their storyline just got better. Hopefully that is what will happen after Lucas and Elizabeth get married! I can't wait to see their relationship and family develop and possibly grow!!! After all, Little Jack needs some brothers and sisters!!!
