Love this. I always say people can only meet you, as deeply as they have met themselves & secondly you’re not in it. Meaning whatever this person is doing is absolutely no reflection of you (you’re not in it) & it’s something deeply in themselves.
This episode is so good. Made me think that sometimes people do stuff “cause I just want to help” but actually it’s okay to distinguish helping selfless than selfish, like ask what type of help is needed, don’t help for your own terms.
