Hi Tara. I love your video's you are so informative. Question...you said that because of your wholes items, you don't label your boxes until people make order, 1. how do you make the labels for those boxes and 2, where did you get the various sizes for your boxes. (The boxes that has the actual item in them)

Goals! Great video and presentation. Your rebrand certainly has upped you a notch. :) Love it.
I suggest raising the table height (put blocks of lumber under the table legs), so you don't have to lean/slump over. Not good for posture. Placing the box closest to you and page of stickers to the side will help too.

Have you ever had issues with your fragile stickers? I've heard some shops say that sometimes they receive notices stating the package is being held because they need to pay extra for fragile items. I asked my post office lady if this was true and she said technically yes they can do that because "fragile" requires special care from the moment it's dropped off to delivery so they're might be extra fees when dropping off packages. She did say she doesn't charge extra just because we're such a tiny town and she was never trained to do that but she said other post offices might! Have you heard of this before?

Also I was wondering if you could make a video discussing any side effects or possible harm the ingredients may cause to the hair and body, and do we need to have some kind of testing done to approve the safety of our cosmetic line?
I'm worried about starting off a cosmetic business of my own and having to deal with customers who would blame my products for spoiling their " Perfect and beautiful hair or skin" and who might come up to sue my business. Have you ever faced such cases? And if you did how do you handle it?

So as long as you are properly formulating and following the suggested usage rate of ingredients and good sanitary practice you should be okay. Of course there is still a possibility someone can sue you. So make sure you have insurance for your business. Also make sure you know enough about formulating before launching so you know you are making things correctly and safely.

I like your brand alot but i feel like your facewash is on a pricer side , it's like 25$ for 4oz wher i can find similar ones only for 13$-16$ , don't get me wrong i like your brand alot but it's kinda this is out of my budget atleast for facewash.

I appreciate the feedback. I’m hoping I can lower prices once I start buying materials in larger quantities when I have more space for storage, as materials are cheaper when purchased in larger amounts.

Everything I’m using can be recycled. The boxes are recyclable, the packing peanuts can be dissolved in water. The paper shred can be recycled or used as kindling, and the stamps are eco friendly too. The tape is eco friendly & recyclable unlike normal take most businesses use.
The only thing that isn’t would be the stickers
My packaging is much more eco friendly than many other companies
