Get the vanish cap, in one of the doors of the basement.
You’ll enter a room with water, swim under ‘till you reach the other side. Ground pound the two pillars and the water should go down. After that, go through the door and search the moat until you find a little hole. Get all the red coins to unlock the vanish cap.
