Fun! Carbonated drinks were invented when a marble gravestone manufacturer figured out that the stone shavings combined with acid would carbonate beverages. Carbonic acid ... that's one of the reasons they're not great for your teeth or stomach. This being said, in moderation, with an alcoholic beverage, we get a cocktail! Uprated.
