It’s a double lot in Gables Estates with a super wide canal that you can run a yacht through. Plus, 30,000 square feet of living space. It’s pretty hard to find something like that.
i would like to see more features, and everything in this spectacular home. and if you can film this home only, who ever is going own this beautiful incredible home is the luckiest person in miami, but also that's a pretty big chunk of change 60mill.
LPG, your team is amazing, another fantastic video!! Villa Serena in Coral Gables the look did remind me of what the listing said that it recalled the Aman resort style. I have seen that style in their Indonesian vacation villas etc. But on a smaller scale then this house. Apparently already has an offer pending. But the second property the Faena PH Just stunning, the way you shot is and again being a contemporary style fan, this was so spectacular, from the curved inward balcony glass the fixtures, that stunning purple stone wall in the master bath, the ceiling treatment in the hallways the use of color materials, just gorgeous, like your videos LPG a a big fan of your work, keep it going:)))

I love videos like this because they’re really motivational but the music always distract me I was about to thumbs up this video for not having dramatic music over the video and play Nature Sounds but.. still nice
The first one is too complex to be a “home”. Rent the rooms as airbnb hmm. Amazing concept tho. Love the architecture and the nature blend could’ve been done more authentically rather than, aesthetically.
Nice to watch these videos and dream of hitting the lottery one day. Just think, there’s people on this Earth that can afford to buy many of these homes. But I’ve noticed they’re all for sale . ALL of the mega mansions are for sale . Look it up. I wouldn’t buy one of these money pits. You know if you needed anything done to it at all , a $50 dollar part would cost you $5k and labor would be 5 times normal rate. No thank you. I’d buy me a little double wide trailer with a nice deck and a grill and I’d be happy
Just because someone might have the money to spend to get something like this doesn't mean they aren't getting ripped off. This pricing is silly. I can get the blueprints and have someone build the same house 15 min away from that expensive area for a fraction of the cost. Who is really buying these over priced mansions? If someone has that kind of money they can easily build. People that buy these kinds of places are trying to play the tax game and accumulate assets or they just like spending sily amount of money that could be spent on being in greater service to others in need.
