This was so cool to watch- learned a lot- thank you! The tracker workflow /sound design results is exactly what I have been trying to force other boxes to do for years- I love it so much.

Great work again, keep these vids up. Very inspiring. Plus keeping that tracker fire burning bright!

Great video; from a design perspective this really open up possibilities.
The downside is that this is not the same as a proper synth engine though... The sounds you can make are specific to few styles I am afraid; and can't even remotely get the flexibility of a standard subtractive synth engine, even with just one oscillator.
Neat feature to have those 2 manipulators for waves, but in the end, they are "effects" for give some motion to a sound, but you are bound in terms of sounds you can create, even if you have the same triangle, square, saw and pwm "primitives" as starting point.

I was not sure you could play samples in loop mode, those are great news ;) thanks for sharing!

No problem. Go have fun with those loops :).

Dope jam at the end there. Cheers!

The first time I tried this was on an Octatrack and it works great, my only complain on the tracker is that it’s bit depth hurts some of the samples a bit too much (no pun intended), but it does lend itself to a different sonic approach to those single wave samples

It does have more of a alias sound to it, but I like Amiga bangers :). Single cycle waveforms need to get more credit!

Tracker does have a sound engine..THE USER...There's is no inherent difference between making a wavetable/sample and having them already installed. The real difference is,once you create, then you might want to store it and make sure you can bring it up and use it another time. When I am spinning records, there is no rule that I cannot process it,breaking it into bits live, into something else. I can change the key signatures, etc,etc..

I feel the most important part of samplers is to fill them with sounds that inspire you. Ones that you have to make music with them.
