    Hi Jan!
Thanks for the precisions about the seats, the different kinds and combinations, and, mainly, the precise technical points about the choice.
The main thing for the seat's fixation is the 2 screws in the bottom of it ; after, the fact that seats are in carbon, and that they are fixed at the head, enables the seat to stay in place.
    Have a good continuation.
    Forza!
    😉👍👌

Nice video. You should have two cameras and edit the footage after filming do you can post a more complete picture of the process. Also, you should explain where the seat
is going to be mounted, and the purpose of the wood sticks, before putting the rest in place to mark it. It seems like there are two aluminum brackets on the sides of the Channel floor where the seat’posts’ slot into. Is this correct? Because it is not explained in the video. These videos are helpful, but keep in mind most everybody watching it has no idea how to build a velo and has no experience with the maintenance. I wish you could do a video of how to adjust the Quattrvelo seat too.

Great I Have a lot of fun with my used DF-XL ....I ask myself how is the right way to find the best length between seat and bottom bracket..."seat height" called on a normal bike !

Thanks for posting this video! Do you need to add something on the floor of the velomobile for the little things that were screwed to the side of the seat to sit into? Also..are you planning on adding a video for the seat install of the Milan SL MK7? Very curious to see the differences and how those spacers are used to adjust the seat. Thanks so much.

You need to have a little distance between your seat and the bottom otherwise your seat is cutting trough the bottom

@@VelomobileWorld ok thanks. After watching again it looks like those two bushings on either side of the seat rest on those metal rails already in the velomobile. So that taped wooden spacer was just to raise the seat temporarily so when the seat is installed it is resting on the two metal bushings and the lowest part of the seat (where the temporary wooden sticks were) is suspended above the bottom of the velomobile.

Sorry man but are you serious??? 3:28
This is a 12.000€ velomobile and you fix the wood spacer with a tape??? And not even that is done properly... Come on!
Do you let the spacer in all the time, so you scrub the lower part of the seat on it all the time???

It is a temporary distance holder. And I did it with a wooden paint mixing stick in order people can see that they have the materials in the house

      @@VelomobileWorld Ok, that´s fine...!
So it must not stay in all the time. That means the seat is "hanging" in the velomobile, is that right?
