    Real Estate photography is more of a service business than a photography business. Good points Eli Jones!

      Agreed, definitely a service business first! Thank you!

    Love your view on so many levels, so refreshing, real, and to the point. Grateful I came across your videos! My husband and I are at the beginning stage of our new venture in real estate photography and videography. For our gear, we're between the R8, and the R50. Potentially one of each. One to focus more on video, and the other on photos. What would you suggest? I keep going back and forth. Thanks so much, and keep the awesome content coming!!!

    Saw a comment on one of your videos where they were saying you gotta bring your own lightbulbs and tell realtors to change all the lights out or charge like 100$ an hour to do it so that they make their own job easier by not having mismatched lights. Makes way more sense just to do it and include the expectation of doing the small things into the price instead of making it a fine for the customer

    Thanks for the tips! Would you recommend have a separate price for Flambient AND HDR? HDR is quicker, but to your point, the agent may not want the high end look and may be ok with hdr

    Great video! Quick question in regards to having the house be ready to shoot. I know you use Spiro and I just started using it as well. Don’t you use the getting ready guide feature?

    Most of the time, I'm early, and the agent is late, so I'm the one I have to do the small talk, but it's much better than that scenario ALWAYS!

    Hey Eli! What do you do in the case where the realtor is running really late and you have another shoot you have to make it to? How much extra time should you give yourself for these scenarios so you don't run late to the next shoot and irritate your next client?

    Hey Eli, great video!
    One question, what is the motivation of a realator to tell other realtors about you? They will just make their competitors listing looks better. Can you explain? Thanks!

    • @Moondropmedia
      @Moondropmedia 4 місяці тому

      Not every client wants the same stuff so you’re not really competing just cause both have a house to sell, they’re both still gonna get the house sold, they aren’t gonna sell both houses to one person

    How do you know if a new agent is using photos that they got from the prior agent ? It doesn't seem possible to monitor how the photos get used after the realtor gets them.
