Brilliant video sir 💯
Thank you so much Piyush
kirtan sir how to know or project inflation ? any site where we can get inflation rate of the past
That's really a great video explaining the details very well.In this video you have got the calculation of monthly payment value.
Do we have a calculators to calculate the monthly sip value if I am planning to increase the sip amount yoy by say approx 10%. What would be the sip value to start?
In the 3rd video we will do step up SIP which will help you do that
Very good video Sir
Thank you Suraj
Great video as always! A question: In the retirement example: If one has a corpus of 3.64 crore at 60 years and assuming 4% return, then one gets 25.75 lakhs every year for 20 years. Does this mean that the corpus will be exhausted by the end of 20 years?
Yes it does as we have take FV as 0 (when kept empty). You can keep what ever you want in FV and re calculate the payment if you want to keep money behind for your child.
@@fpaedutech Thank you. Another question: Let us say I needed a retirement corpus of 12 crore in 15 years. I already have 3 crore to invest today as lumpsum and wanted to calculate monthly SIP amount assuming 12% return on investment. When I keyed in all these parameters, I got a payment of +92,885. Does this mean that I can withdraw this much money every month and still get to the target corpus?
Hello. Can we use this tool as a goal-based investment for buying a home as well? Suppose, I have brought home worth 90L out of which 65L loan was only sanctioned. I have paid off 25L but I want to close the loan as early as possible. So, can I use this tool for clearing the home loan as a goal?
Bhai ek sincere suggestion, youtube video me ye bhi mention kar do ki ye sab sikhaane ke liye harsh goela, aditya goela bole to goela school of finance 14-15000 ki fees lete hai.
Not sure if this was a complement 😂
Thank u for this initiative. You explain really well sir. If I may ask my doubt, 3.64 crores with return of 4% comes around 14.56 lakh and U mentioned 25.75 lakh. Pls correct if I am wrong
The FV is 0 so the remaining amount you are utilising from the 3.64cr in a way that at 80 it will become zero
if the bond maturity is 15 years, still 5 years left for maturity, the coupon rate is 8%,yield is 8.5%face value is 1000, if we redeem the bond at a 5% premium, what ill be the bond price today ,plz could u explain me the bond price how to calculate
Great Video :)
Thank you Mahadish
Another question: Let us say I needed a retirement corpus of 12 crore in 15 years. I already have 3 crore to invest today as lumpsum and wanted to calculate monthly SIP amount assuming 12% return on investment. When I keyed in all these parameters, I got a payment of +92,885. Does this mean that I can withdraw this much money every month and still get to the target corpus?
You would have forgotten to put (-) in 3cr and hence your answer is coming as +92,885. Your right answer is -92,885. Over the 3cr you have to additionally invest 92k a month more
@@fpaedutech That is not correct. I have keyed in (-) 3 crore only. I am unable to share the screenshot here. So, let me detail the parameters I have keyed in (advanced calculator):
Present value: -3 crore
Future value: 12 crore
Annual rate: 12% annually
Periods: 180 monthly
Compounding: annually
When I click PMT, I get +92,885.18
Kindly check once again and please clarify if I am missing something here.
@@KUMARAMV If its showing +92K means 3,00,00,000 is more than enough to make 12,00,00,000 & you can additionally remove 92K each month
@@fpaedutech Thank you, this clarifies
Can we do a video on reviewing a financial plan..?
Yes of course. That’s a good suggestion.
Did i her you right, that the education inflation is 6%.I can clearly see that the education inflation is around 10% to 15%..
Who knows the future? It’s an assumption, you can take what ever you want
@@fpaedutech Yes its an assumption, but it has to be realistic. If i assume the inflation at 10% and the future it becomes 6% then its great but if your assumption is 6% and the future becomes 10% its doomsday for the investor.
Sir I have downloaded financial calculator as mentioned in your 2nd video.
My query is on which calculator type will provide me LIC policy returns.
I am Investing Rs 80,000 for 15 yrs. From 16th year I start earning Rs 80,000 per year, till my life. After me my nominee gets lumpsum.
How to calculate rate of return on my 80,000 earnings per year.
Sir your valuable guidance please.
Sir requested to reply.
Kirtan Hindi me bhi Kijiye
Theek hain sir, Hindi main bhi record karta hoon
Ha hindi english donu acha rhega hinglish
wow
Thank you
In Retirement planning as per your example, if 3.64 Cr is accumulated as per 12% with 21500 per month sip, than how much amount in % will have to be withdrawn on 1st year of retirement. As per 4% it comes at 14,56,000, what about the pending amount that is around 9 lacs, so does it mean that an investor has to withdraw more than returns which he or she is getting.
When you keep your FV at 0 you are assuming that along with interest, you will remove some investments also. If you want to leave something behind, keep that as the FV
@@fpaedutech If, I put FV as 0 than also, if i remove some extra investment along with 4% than donot you think that this amount will deplete before 20 years.
What is your fees for CFP
Share your number, will arrange a call
3cr 64 lakh , 4 % every year expenses, it will not meet 25lakh
The FV value is zero so you remove from your capital
