I have worked in this firm... and they are extremely unprofessional....first they had called me for 3 days trial and then given company offer for aed 6000/month... when i joined then they said... they will process visa within a month... i started working.. given them handful of clients new clients ( 19 client to be precise)... but small orders... they were only delaying my visa processing and giving me mental torcher... we will see.. we will see...then on july 1 handed me 6000 aed and ask me to take my own visa... and suddenly reduced my salary to aed 4500...wanted me to work on visit visa for 3 months... because still they were not sure...then within 2 months i got a big order.. 1 container ( aed 2,50,000 ) to saudi arabia... then also they did not proceed with my visa... and finally asked me to leave within 3 months !! i just wanted to ask these companies ... who has given you right to play with people career... they hire and fire people... this is in their blood...there is lady SAFA (who is basically the informer of SHEEREN)... these people are basically biased.. there was a guy senior (Indian) but they have not promoted him to supervisor position... instead they kept SAFA ( tunisian lady) who herself was asking everything from that indian guy.. THEY ARE RACIST!! the owner sheeren ... is such a drama lady... who does not have any sense of reality... these people think...people will do magic..they will join and will give them hundred million dollar business within a week... and they forgot themselves that they themselves took 25 years to develop 10 clients... they have extremly negative environment ... and they treat you very very poorly.. how much business you bring for them... they can throw you out at any point of time...they provide no psychlogical safety.. they are religion biased.. IN SHORT DONT WATE YOUR TIME WORKING FOR THESE UNETHICAL, UNEDUCATED people.. YOUR CAREER IS AWAYS AT RISK WITH THEM...
