Danny. I am 75 years old and and suffer with arthritis in both knees and find walking very painful. Watching your videos over the past year inspired me to renovate my back lawn following your clear instructions. I now have the best lush green lawn I have ever had. I was lucky enough to get 10 bags of the old Jack's magic. Going to do my front lawn in the Autumn. Thank you.

Hi daniel, I recently discovered your videos and have found them very informative being a novice. I watched your 5 part series from last summer (Paddys old job) and decided to give it a go. I have a very small lawn (27m2) that is covered in weed grass, the property was a new build from 2014 and there must only be about 3 inches of topsoil with a lot of builders rubble mixed in. So far I have scarified and over seeded with Barenburg Extreme from your E shop and spread 100 litres of Jacks Magic. Really looking forward to seeing the outcome.
Gave in and over-seeded the lawn after three weeks since sowing perennial ryegrass as some sections were thick and >12cm and other sections were bare. It might not have been necessary, I guess I'll never know!
A lot of work goes into keeping that lawn looking good. I hope the customer appreciates the amount of time and effort you put in not to mention the products that are used. Some people think professional lawn care is expensive.... they obviously don't understand what it takes to achieve this kind of perfection. Definitely need a short sleeve top Dan🥵

Daniel, I am preparing for reseeding my lawn in September, I’ve verticut several times now to get the lawn back to the sandy base we put down a few years back. I’ve been applying a wetting agent along with a seaweed feed. I am thinking of applying a humic acid drench to build up the soil carbon, your thoughts on this would be so helpful.
I have got the galactic green but not used it yet, looking at the Stella bio boost and grace, could you explain what they each do. Or a video on your products?
If you go on ebay under each product theres a description, if you have the gg and not used it what makes you think your going to use the others if bought?
Hi Daniel, bloody love the videos, wife is pleased as it keeps me from under her feet. Used a lot of your tips and to great effect. Just received my first order of Steller, Sow Pro and Wetting agent (thanks for the quick delivery). I'm on with ripping up the front lawn and seeding it (MM50) but I can't seem to find anyone round here (Doncaster) to supply the Rootzone, can you help guide me to anyone who will deliver to Doncaster? Keep the videos coming, I'm learning loads.
Good evening, do you think it is worth getting the Allett Kensington just to use the verticut cassette. I am considering the allett classic 14L with the scarifier cassette. Will this be good enough. In other words, how valuable is the verticut cartridge? Will the scarify cartridge help keep the POA at bay.
I'm also a saddo watching (and often rewatching) every video. 😀 Can I just check something please regarding the lateral reproductive shoots that you pointed out. Because I have only a small garden and time on my hands, I tease them out trying to pull out all the root of the plant. Am I doing right .......... or am I best just lifting the blades and chopping them off with the rotary?
Thanks Daniel, been watching your channel since March and completely renovated my lawn following your instructions and is now looking the best it's ever been. Made a schoolboy error today, put a new blade on my rotary and it scalped the lawn before I noticed. Still got grass but very low.. Do I do anything or just let it recover. Thanks from sunny Canterbury. 👍👍

Dan, bit off subject but I watched some vids a while back where when you started the lawn renovation you first killed off the lawn/weeds. What did you use to kill it all off (and does that affect the soil in anyway?) As I'm doing my own and need the answer 👨🏻🎓

Hi Daniel, I have a question for you. Tomorrow is the day I overseed my lawn. I will cut the grass from high and then lower until I cut to number one on my Honda petrol mower. Then scarify the lawn, so the question is how low do I scarify. I have a petrol Cobra S390H Scarifer to which scarifys from 0 - 10mm. The soil is clay. I bought your seed and liquid and it works out 50g per square meter (11kg) as 220 sq2 also I have 45 25LT bags of lawn soil to put over seed but think I might need more, what do you think. Hope you can answer. I do watch your videos but don’t want to mess up a bad lawn and make it even worse. Many thanks Daniel. Very Fast delivery of your products.
Just go as low as you can, your scarifier will let you know if your too low as you will hear it struggling, just remember never turn at the edge with scarifier touching the lawb
Dan, a couple of times you’ve mentioned manhole covers under the lawns, are they special covers or have you just built up the soil level over the top as I have an unsightly drain in my lawn that is like to make disappear.
Brilliant video Dan. I've just started my lawn renovation after being inspired by your videos. It's currently 2 weeks after overseeding. Which fertiliser should I be using equilibrium or equinox HD. I'm unsure on the difference.
Hi Dan I need your advice please. I renovated my lawn in May and all started looking good. But, I am now noticing a lot of discolouration with white/brown swords. I used your equilibrium not long ago so it's had plenty of feed and I have also applied stellar, Grace and galactic green. The only thing I can think of doing is scarifying again but I am worried it will just undo all the work I have done with the new grass that's grown. What am I missing?
Its probably the old lawn going into reproductive mode like everyone else’s at the moment, old grasses that have been down years and aren’t desirable cultivars will have cycles where they look great then they go off colour whilst they reproduce then they come back you will prob find in september your lawn looks at its best
