Geelong were the better team, too bad we had so many players out.
So refreshing to hear that from a Hawks supporter Declan...if Hawthorn had their 10 best players out they still would have pushed Geelong to the limit.....proud to be a Cats supporter and witness to this great rivalry that shows no sign of abating.
@@sandshark4099 True, but Geelong had several players that have played only a handful of games, Miers, Atkins to name two...Parfitt was injured during the course of the game...really, if Hawthorn had their best 10 or 12 they would still find a way to serve it up to Geelong, win or lose...it's an amazing rivalry...a phenomena of sorts.

He kicked 124 goals while playing for Gold Coast. That's pretty decent for a midfielder.
Had multiple games of 4 goals whilst at the sun's. North Melbourne, Adelaide and St Kilda all come to mind.

man man mate why would I be triggered if we won? If you actually listened to him you could hear how he was pretty much barracking for the hawks. He only showed praise to hawthorn and showed no praise to Geelong when they forced a turn over or took a mark. That is called being one sided you flog.

lolll didn't collingwood already expose your team in the second round? Your 'manic' pressure game based purely on forcing turn overs is a joke and teams have figured you out. Beating Port Adelaide purely through sheer will and heart was impressive given the injuries, but the Sydney game was nothing to be getting excited about. You guys will be thereabouts at the end of the season, but any skilled kicking team like the pies, cats, eagles or GWS will show you up and cut you to pieces through sheer precision. I mean the cats were one errand Ablett kick away from winning it and ending your little streak last season, so I wouldn't be too quick to talk. Don't forget that this Geelong side is stilling gelling after the introduction of 6 new players, and as Chris Scott has been emphasizing, will only continue to get better as the season progresses.
