Thanks for the review. I'm happy to hear it is reliable though considering how much you guys used it rather than making a review after just hanging clothes on it for 3 years. lol I just bought the tr260 on cyber monday which is basically this treadmill with auto incline so your review was reassuring because I was reading a lot of comments about these treadmills breaking after 6 months and the company being difficult to deal with etc. I was going to get a horizon fitness t101 or a xterra trx2500 but those are too big for the space I have for it so these compact treadmills will have to do for now. Unfortunately the better a treadmill is the larger it is and the more it weighs.
Btw, I was watching a video for another treadmill and they mentioned that putting the treadmill in the garage will void the warranty or something due to the elements, so just to be safe you should check if that's also applicable to your new treadmill. You don't want to spend 1k+ on a machine, have something happen to it and the company say your warranty is void because of where you put your machine. That would suck.

Yes thanks. When I installed my new treadmill I had a small issue with a part and one of their guys had to come out and he reiterated that point about voiding the warranty. He also hit on a few other points that I feel your regular consumer would never know. For example these things are meant to be in their own separate circuit. Meaning a direct line to your panel with no other electronics connected. And if found not to be that can also void your warranty .... I understand it but I just feel like a lot of people are unaware of this fact as well and likely can't do this in a typical set up. And we got two new units so I had to figure something out but just an FYI for you as well.

@@Macstechtoybox yeah that's dumb and unrealistic. Who even has one to use solely for a treadmill these days. Most of us need like two 12plug extensions per outlet and even that's not enough for most of us.

As an electrician, I can tell you it’d be preferable to have a 20 amp circuit to run your treadmill due to the motor draw. But as far as voiding your warranty, that doesn’t sound right at all. Most the time in your house you’re not using every plug at the same time on a circuit. Say you have six plugs on a circuit and at the time you’re just using the treadmill plug there’s really no difference between that plug and a dedicated plug which is called a home run that goes all the way back to the panel. have you had six vacuum cleaners and use them all at the same time there is a chance you blow a circuit. Or if you got hot halogen, recessed lights and say 20 lights on one single pole switch, but a breaker does its job for a reason it trips that’s what they’re supposed to do if you’re overdrawn on that circuit. I could be wrong maybe that is written in there paperwork but it sure sounds silly but if you ever really, really worried about it, just grab your cord and fill it and see if it’s starting to get warm.
