I love the fact that the guest bedroom is on the Main Floor. My clients often have Parents who can't get up stairs. They ask for a room on the Ground Floor. Or anyone with a disability. I really like it.
The only problem with this villa is that the guest will cross the whole house to reach the living room. This not only reduces the privacy of the 2nd BR which is next to the Living Room but also the whole house.I think if the Guest Room and Living Room exchange their positions its a fantastic place to live in.
