Just be warned for the Axe that you need at least 10% spec for the heal to be useable. Despite the fact the bar for Soulreaper uses an entirely separate special attack cost, it still checks your current bar for some reason as an odd interaction. Not really an issue that comes up often however.

As a physical therapist, i hope you have your monitor elevated and are thinking about optimal ergonomics. Would hate for you to have to get cervical fusion surgery at 50.

@RiceCup at 7:30, your webcam is on, and it appears your head is way too far forward. It would be in your best interest to research and do some postural exercises. You can read this as bs, but at least I can tell myself I tried to give some good advice.

depends, zags does more damage and heals more hp, which is often more needed for some pvm. where as sgs is more of a slayer weapon giving u a bit of hp and prayer, but not nearly as good immediate hp recovery.

They just regular drops so yes you can get dupes

previously I mentioned I was around 700kc with only one ingot, I am now at 1500 kc (vardorvis) with only two ingots. very fun
