It’s actually why I admire him so much. He’s kind of on a different plane from most of the other Kdrama actors. He has so much range and he’s at an age where he can play such a variety of roles. He’s convincing in any genre. He actually reminds me a lot of what Mel Gibson used to be like when he was around the same age before he went into disgrace. LDW, can be equally admired by men and women alike by not being typecast.
As for me it's one of his best roles. He played very realistic. And Lee Dong Wook opend us his new sides as an actor. It was so cool that I can't stop watching this video and telling everybody about this dorama in Ukraine. I really believe "Strangers from hell" must be shown on big international platforms (like Netflix or smth like that).

Honestly this is my 2nd favourite show of all time, but I feel so bad I really like Moon Jo! His character is really interesting and Dong wook plays the part so amazing, tbh I really want him to play another role like this! Thank you for this amazing edit ❤️

Like don’t get me wrong, I love when he plays them but in Strangers from Hell, his acting was sooo outstanding and real that I would love for him to play this kind of role again! My god I miss this show. I am having problems to enjoy any tv shows after watching this. It's like I'm judging all the time. This Moon Jo actor really got the creepiness on the perfect spot. I had a look with his early tv or films, but I'm not a romance show kid of viewer. He did sooooo well in this one. So good i keep comparing to others.

Older women like him too. And I’m old enough to be his mother. Appreciation of beauty and talent is ageless. I admit, he scared the sh*t out of me in this role. Especially that distance shot of him on top of the building where he looked so supernaturally frightening.
Also, he really had that creepy smile down well. Apparently he was scaring his friends when he still had that expression well after filming was over. He creeped them and himself out with it according to an interview with him.

Moon jo is a serial killer but his exterior is a charming dentist in front of other people. This new guy at a residence Moon Jo lives in feels too many oddities in that place and eventually we are shown that the whole residence is a scam basically to draw innocent people in and kill them. But with this guy, Moon jo develops a liking and wants to make him into a serial killer like himself.

I don't understand the end of this show, if someone can explain it to me
Basically, Moon Jo broke Jungwoo (mentally) and got him to kill the other tenants and then he killed Moon Jo. But when Moon Jo told Jungwoo they’ll be together forever, he meant it mentally. So now Moon Jo lives in Jungwoo’s mind. Wasn’t sure how to explain it without being too confusing but this is what I could come up with. There are still lots of different theories about the ending, but this one seems to make the most sense.

@@lorennn5876 I think the police officer saw Moon Jo in the elevator bc she also was mentally messed up from all that he did to her towards the end.
