This is such an age old thing on UA-cam, people making highlight compilations of other people’s content. Generally, the original content creators don’t mind as long as the video isn’t monetized. Sometimes the original content creator will even pay the editor for their work or use the edited video on their own channel. It’d be different if they were just taking the original video, not doing anything to it, and posting it on their channel claiming it’s theirs. This is different in the sense that there is editing done, it’s not a direct repost of the original work, and it’s not monetized. The uploader even linked the original videos in the description so it’s not like they’re doing this out of malice. They just saw an opportunity for a compilation video and took it upon themself to make one.
