- It’s apple picking season in Australia and here in the capital, we went to Tanbella Orchard Farm to do our firat apple picking experience. As it’s just the start of the season, not all varieties are ripe and ready to pick. There are around 50 varieties of apples in this farm. We also got to try the apple ice cream and cake available in the picnic lawn store. Come and will show you around! Enjoy!
