Once you purchase your home, you would list it on Airbnb. Make sure you have reliable people if you plan to offer services such as cleaning, cook, driver, etc.
I recently saw this it looks very nice. People around the world love new and pretty especially black people. This business is going to ruin the business for the small operation.
