You mean the initial stun from the dices or after the gamble when you’re hit?
During the duel in 1st phase, he stuns everyone except the dueler. He just stuns everyone else, no base chance so eff res would do nothing.
Read the boss move information during battle.
run few character that able to do aoe attack, use ultimate to win gamba if necessary because you'll get the energy back anyway if you win. Example : I run kafka blackswan ruan mei fu xuan for aventurine, kafka and bs can just skill and hit 3 dice, if i'm not unlucky they should win the gamba, save fu xuan ult for gamba so she can win, ruan mei can take the L, if fu xuan E is active she should resist the imprison.

I was excited for acheron moc but tts ruined it like bruh I want code's reaction to autobattle dumbness but nah it's more just random spam of noises
I got 3* in previous MOC but in this current MoC I can't 3* the MoC 12 since either they one shot my supports or the heal is not enough especially that freaking dino keeps killing my Supports like in one turn

good thing I had rolled for FX with mono quantum team to counter that dino

You can definitely get away with running SOME harmony characters with her (namely bronya and sparkle for now) the damage difference is not too big.
