What is your bench top covered with is it like the green cutting grid Matt looks like it would be helpful for layout work I do mostly leather for my knife sheaths this would be great to square up ends and such Subscribed thanks for sharing I’m new to kydex so great little idea to get use to hoe this stuff works
it's a 4x8 semi clear cutting matt, with a 4x8 measuring grid underneath. My wife and I run a vinyl graphics business and this thing has been essential. Not too expensive either. You can find them at Signwarehouse.com. Stay tuned, I'm currently filming a new kydex episode to make a trigger guard holster, and another for a KaBar TDI knife.
