Wow I'm so mind blown by that part cus I think it demonstrates just how quickly Kroos can adapt to a game. For him it was just getting that balanced weight on the ball so imagine in a real life match he just wants to play that single ball bc he knows he's this close to having it connect with the striker, and often times he does. And he can also shoot with great accuracy outside the area of a very congested and organized defense so I think we also need to give him credit there as well he's a hybrid midfielder for me, good touch, good lob, good pass, good shot and good cross, good defense as well.
Kroos is one of the most accurate and humble players ever.
Back then I never recognized his game but when you have a look at what he's doing with and without the ball it's so sick

The quality of Toni Kroos is just ridiculous and he is still one of if not the best midfielder in the world at 33. Him and Luka Modrić are one of the best midfield duos we've ever seen. Hope Toni continues to grace the game with his presence for years to come
One thing we should not forget is he was not even wearing his football shoes and he did this challenge on a rather slippery basketball court instead of a football pitch that he is accustomed to. What a legend...

I can said I watched every matches Kroos play for Madrid since he join and known of his quality but the fact that he tries and tries and made it is absolute amazing. I totally understand the moment the two guys ran to him.
Would love to see challenges done with different footballers in different leagues to see how big the skill levels are compared to the best footballers. For example players from the Scottish leagues, Polish leagues, Danish league etc
