Seems a lot easier if you would take all the letters and shapes in a group and then use the Blending options to set all of these to Knockout of shallow and then Fill Opacity to zero. I do love this effect!
@@tutsgallery Oh you absolutely deserve it. I've seen more of your videos since this one and liked and saved them. You don't rely on the Ai tools but you still use new methods to create which is amazing. And most important your ideas are SOOOOO creative. I can't wait to see your new projects, thanks again. 👍
For me, Just add virtical shape to the letters and brush it all as same color and place the background and create a clipping mask and you have same result,.
You mean those blue guide line, right? For this you have to activate ruler option first by pressing ctrl r or go to window menu and check ruler option. Then the ruler will appear on top and left side of document. Then you can click and drag the guide lines from ruler. See the video carefully. Thank you 😊
at minute 2:50 see carefully on the top left corner of the option bar. just below the layer menu, you will find "add to selection" option. it helps us to select multiple object at same time.
For inverse selection, first you select the object then press shift+ctrl+i (for mask selection also) . May be you press only ctrl+i , it inverse layer.
I am using PS 2024 and Windows. It won’t let me use Alt+Bksp. I tried and was able to achieve the same using Cntl+Bksp. But when I proceeded to the next step with Cntl+I, I got different result. Thank you for your help.
@@JorgeGonzalez-ip6nk 1. sorry, I am not using PS 2024 right now. may be the shortcuts changes in ps 2024. you can change shortcuts. 2. the command ctrl + backspace = fill with background color. alt+ backspace = fill with foreground color. so, check it before apply it. 3. ctrl+ i for inverse selection. you can right click and select inverse.
Just Complicated. It's a lot of work to create what?.. In my business opinion threre are others filters or tools better, and can use less time and click. thanks and bye

It’s not letting me do the alt backspace.
If you're using mac then it should be option + backspace
