I always enjoy these interviews with CNCO and Zach. He is very respectful towards them, they are fun he interacts with all of them. Zach is genuinely interested in them and what they have to say. I dont feel like Joel has a lack of selfconfidence or is shy. He seems a bit introverted but really confident. He’s not that “loud” but is also very present in the room. He lets others finish their sentence and is a patient guy. I feel like he has a really good heart.
