If I did my research right, Sega commission this song to be the theme of Mega 39 which was during the time exclusive to switch only before they release the 39 pack on future tone. So I like to think the snap sound is intentional during then as a way of welcoming the first major Nintendo console to project Diva. I could be wrong though.
Fun fact: During the filming of the Catch the Wave PV and Crypton deciding to make it the Opening Theme, Miku was so upset that she had to share the spotlight that she refused to film with any of the other Cryptonloids. As a result, Sega had to digitally alter the other cast members in using CGI and green screens. This was also done for their cast press images
Yes there is no region block for the Switch. However for the DLC themselves,they are restricted by certain games in that region. For example,if your game is in the Western region,if there are DLCs in its Japanese version,then you can not get it as it is restricted for the Japanese version

i had avoided all kinds of spoilers for the game and i loved it the moment the opening played. i love the catchy, happy vibe and its one of my new favorite songs, hands down. so far all ive seen in the game is positive, i also love the new artstyle. its different, but definitely not bad. really cute actually. Just a shame they still chose to go with the 'wrong' version of my favorite module, just like in future tone, the heart hunter. The one in X/F 2nd is so much better. Thats literally the only downside ive noticed so far, though i havent had much time to play yet
I can’t wait for this to be on Future Tone, because I KNOW googoo888 would include OT6, maybe even Neru, Sakine, Teto, and Haku. This PV holds so much possibilities and I can’t WAIT to play this game myself.
