I feel the creepy vocal warm ups. When I was in 5th grade I was in the school choir, and they made us sing a song with movements, we had to sing faster and faster everytime.

Wow...almost at a loss for words. This music video blew me away. Both with the stotyline, animation and your voice, so beautiful.
It's so amazing to see how you have grown through the years, both as a creator and but also as a person.
This song is beautiful. The meaning behind it. I've been struggling with self harm and suicidal thoughts for 2 years now and it's been really hard to deal with. I've always been ashamed of my scars and I've only ever told one person. Telling that one person has been the most comforting thing for me, they've helped me through hard times and I can't imagine how bad I would be if I never told them. This is such a beautiful song explaining how it's better to let people in and not feel ashamed of yourself because it's not a bad thing, you just need help. (Sorry if I got any of this wrong)

So many struggle with this. I hope you get help. I only know secondhand how hard it is, but I know people who understand. I can certainly relate to feeling overwhelmed. When you could use some support or someone to talk to, turn to others who understand for comfort, and be vulnerable with them as you are able to trust them more. If you can’t find anyone, reach out to an accepting and kind subreddit or other group of people to help you through until you can find someone to talk with who you can be vulnerable around, and be known and understood. And if this isn’t helpful, then just ignore me and just know that someone cares.

WARNING: LONG ANALYSIS AHEAD.
While watching the music video, I realized that whenever she was with him, she was in this cartoon fantasy land, but she is without him in real life, meaning she can only live in this escapism when she is with him. In the real life shots, we can also see her constantly traveling or on the move, implying she is desperatley and continuiously reaching out for this "Neverland" as she calls it. But once the couple finally started getting into real problems, into things that weren't just "fantasy" (i.e., once the boyfriend existed outside of animation form) they crumbled under the pressure, meaning it was just that: A Fantasy. Taking down the lights at the end of the video symbolizes ripping apart the fake world that only exists in your mind. She associated him with a world that is not real and they were not able to make their fantasy a reality.
The switching between animation and life action a super interesting concept that I think was handled rather magnificentally. I think it's also interesting how Illy mentions only ever having expressed herself through animation, which is why taking a leap with this music thing is scary; that is also shown throughout the video, with the safe comfortable shots being in animation form, and the mysterious unkown shots being filmed in real life.
She knew what she wanted to do from the very beginning, and executed it PERFECTLY! I will be streaming this and checking out the rest of the EP.

The way your music video shows a literal representation of animation, or the act of animation, allowing one to escape from reality even in just a few frames, is so beautiful. The shift from yelling on the balcony to holding each other tenderly hit hard for me, someone who was in a situation denying stuff like this. This is an amazing song and music video. 💕💕
Ohhhh! I was trying to parse exactly this. At first I thought it was just memories of the relationship that were animated, but it makes a lot of sense if it's not *just* memories but also an idealized version of events. It would explain why we only ever see beautiful moments in the animated parts, never in the real ones.
It's also interesting that it doesn't feel like there's blame put on either party for the issues. I mean yes, Ursa is the pov character for us. But the boyfriend also seems to earnestly feel bad after their talk and there is the scene where she yells at him as he retreats from her, implying that they weren't compatible/good for each other rather than there being one clear cut bad guy.
There probably were also issues that arose from the idealized view of the relationship specifically.
I'm trying to understand if this was depicting a long distance relationship falling apart.

Illy's growth into music feels good. One of the best things is that she's kept her animation and singing sides somewhat separate. It might change in the future, but everything's still pretty chilled out, like the tone of her channel.
And while her songs aren't necessarily the stuff I'd listen to daily (mainly because they can get a bit heavy and gloomy), her voice is, nevertheless, pretty dang beautiful...

You should also do this when just speaking on a stage for theater
It helps your voice reach the farthest stretches of the room (important in a big theater no mics)
You can also practice it when you are in a grocery store or in public calling to someone
Often times in a busy location they won't hear you, You project your voice they might just hear you 😄

When i was younger, i loved singing, i used to think when my mom dried my hair with the hairdryer, no one could hear me, so i would sing, one day i asked her “Mom, can you hear me sing when you dry my hair?” She said yes. I stopped singing from that day on because i became shy, i was older, i didn’t feel confident, but this video makes me motivated to sing again, maybe not on stage, but at least to myself. I listen to music a lot and i adore a lot of other people’s voices. Love the music video illy, I appreciate all the effort you put into it❗️❤️ Merry early Christmas to all 🎄🎁

I am so proud of you!! My dad was musically gifted too, he's the reason why I became obsessed with music when I was adopted. I've been singing at churches since I was a toddler, and then that progressed into joining band (I sucked at clarinet because my teacher would get mad at me and I was scared of him), and then I changed schools in 4th grade, I started music class at my new school and was in a lot of musicals. The reason I was in so many is because I was tiny and sounded very young. When the secondary choir (7th-12th) would need kid characters, I'd be recruited. I started choir and drama for real when I was in 7th grade, and I've also been in private singing lessons for a few years. I also have been in community theatre a couple of times. Now I'm in 10th grade and I really want to go into the music industry but I don't know anything about instruments or music theory or music production. I want to go to college for it, but I'm still not convinced I don't suck. I relate to you a lot and I even looked a lot like you before and so it's really cool to see you making music. I can't wait to listen to this on spotify!

After seeing the plushia, I cried. Words can not explain how that made me feel. I’m emotionally stable after that. 3:30 Made me tear up. The little copia, wow. My grandpa crashed his car and died, also killing my cat. I only now recovered because of these moments. As a huge Ghost band fan. The animators truly outdid themselves with that. As I shed my tears I will always remember thus moments. Whoever added those has my heart, literally. 🫴🫀
After seeing this, my life has become complete. I finished school and became a police, all thanks to that! I learned to cook, clean, sing, play every instrument, write songs, write books, talk to others and much more. Literal words can’t describe what I’m feeling, literal tears are shedding. That was a beautiful song, illy! Definitely gonna listen to it on Spotify. The story part reminds me of my own musical experiences. I was in musicals at my church and I played the trombone for 2 years in the elementary school band, (but I don't usually like to talk about it). Later, I would do a few vocal classes in my sophomore year of high school with one of my classmates for at least a month. I later joined choir the following year, up until my graduation. Overall, it was great and allowed me to step a bit out of my comfort zone. Anyway, amazing as always. Keep it up, illy. 😀
