I think you should do the thrift challenge on Thursday and give yourself until end of day the following Wednesday to sell them. Post thrift flips for sale Thursday night, show any that are left Saturday, and do your final tally for that week on the next Thursdays video. Love all your make overs. I'm loving all the thrift content lately.
The bird came out gorgeous!! And the Angel too!! I enjoy seeing what you two do weekly.❤ The former teacher in me loves that you saved that Shel Silverstein book. Thrift challenge…books?
Thank you, Thank you for all the close up camera work. That plus your narrations of the steps made this video 100% more educational and entertaining, in my opinion! Excellent viewing experience and Beautiful Work!!❤
Fun challenge would be for each of you to choose the items the other has to flip!! Make it challenging by choosing things each wouldn't usually pick😅 P.S. LOVE these thrift and flip videos!
I love those gold items! For a twist on the challenge, what if you have to take something you thrift and have to completely flip/repurpose it so it’s not used as originally intended. Does that make sense?
I loved the rolling pin and the angel. I think for the next challenge, you guys need to flip...Jamie picks an item for Zeb and vise versa. Then which one sells first wins. Just a thought. Love watching your videos.
The readers digest books take me back to my childhood, I think that’s where my love of reading comes from. Otherwise, pretty much loving all of your projects!
I think you and Zeb should both do a small furniture piece as a challenge. It could be a nightstand, a chair, a foot stool, etc. It would be fun to see you refinish something separately.
I think you should do a list of say 5 to 10 things that you both have to find. Like a clock, something made out of wood, a frame, something you marry, something made out of fabric etc....that would be fun
God has truly blessed you two, what a joy it is for me to see such a loving couple in these dark days of life around us. Your flips are so fun to watch. I'll be hunting this weekend for some fun stuff.
I loved this haul and transformations because it was just a few items! Sometimes it seems overwhelming with so many finds! Each project was like a Cinderella story! Blessed days!
I have a challenge. I thrifted a pair of silver metal angel wings. I’m not sure what I want to do with them what would you and Zeb do with them? They are about 2 ft long by approx 1 1/2 ft wide. Do y’all have a dump? I’d love to see a literal trash to treasure video.Elysian English used to do those and I loved them
Wait, so Jami is $100 ahead on the $20 thrift flip challenge right? It looks like Zebs last 2 items don’t total $100 so is it fair to just claim Jami as the winner? 😂
I live in Ontario Canada. My husband and I love to thrift, we often see many items and comments that Zeb would go for this😊, however the prices at our goodwill stores are so expensive, I think Zeb would start coughing😅
Love your challenges and would love to see you do the following: 1) Go expensive this time - budget of $25/30 but you can only buy one item. Use your skills on it and see who can make the most profit. 2) Again $25/30 (or what ever figure you want of course), but this time to buy 2 or more items that you must combine to create a single object, sell, and see who make the most profit. An addition to this would be to take a vote from your viewers to see which object they thought the must creative :)
Sharpie won't bleed through primer ? Yahoo ! I thought Sharpie would bleed through drywall !!! It's great if you want something very permanent . I drew eyebrows on my dog . 😂
How about a challenge like flea market flip? You each have to find something to redo that’s wooden, industrial and totally repurposed! Love your channel!!
Next challenge: each of you approach a stranger and get them to pick $10.00 for you to flip. Or take one of your children and do same. You cannot be with them while they choose.
I think you should do a “blind” challenge. Each do a similar piece of furniture, like a chair which you have tons of. But work on them separately from each other so you can’t see what the other person is doing. Maybe have one of the girls from the shop choose which chairs you’ll work on. Then not talk about them with each other and finish them in secret from each other filming yourselves. Then have a big reveal on camera when you both find out what the other person did.
Wow I didn't think I could learn anything new at 64 using red for a base coat for gold that Angel looks so pretty well actually everything is lovely so I subscribed great team work I like that
Blindfold challenge. One at a time take the other and get them to pick out items by touch only. Set price limit and if out of range move to next item. Pick out items to total $15. Flip and sell. Good luck if you choose this one.
I think in the next challenge you should thrift items for the other person. Zeb can thrift 5 items for Jami to flip and Jami can thrift 5 items for Zeb. It would be fun if you keep the items a secret until the thrift flip challenge.
For next weeks thrift challenge I think you should pick a piece of furniture, mirror or chairs out of the barn that Zeb and the boys clean out this week.
I don't know why Everytime I type Jeb..it prints differently! Frustrating! I've even added it to my dictionary!...so excuse it please, i wasn't really calling him Jen lol

That blue tin picture turned out so good!
I agree! It's striking and unusual. Love it.
Aw thanks! It is one of my favorites.
Girl the paint on your hands and shirt!! You are my people!!!! 🤣🤣❤️❤️😊
Heck yes. And we totally go all over town covered in paint😂😂
I love How your vision of otherwise throwaway items and turn them into beautiful unique decor! Great job, love watching
Zeb is such a good sport♥
The challenge pieces this week were so fun!
I really need some decoupage paper!❤
I bought an antique mirror that is gold over red. I love the look.
I'm so glad you didn't dark wax the angel!
I thought he said he was going for it?
I love your thrifty and the make overs you two do. Very creative! ❤
I love your shirt Jami!! 💜
thanks!
I watch you as much as I can! Love you both!
Love watching all your stuff, ordered the bunnies just waiting for their arrival, so excited!
The bird came out gorgeous!! And the Angel too!! I enjoy seeing what you two do weekly.❤ The former teacher in me loves that you saved that Shel Silverstein book. Thrift challenge…books?
Oooh that’s a tough one. Who can find the most valuable books? 😊❤️
Or repurpose them?
I like the change to $10 instead of $20. I think the angel needs dark wax.
Me too. It felt really easy compared to last week for sure
Thank you, Thank you for all the close up camera work. That plus your narrations of the steps made this video 100% more educational and entertaining, in my opinion! Excellent viewing experience and Beautiful Work!!❤
Great Job!!
Awesome flips
Great flips! Why don't you choose the flips for each other. Something you wouldn't think that the other would pick.
Your like 2 kids in a Candy Shop!!!!😃
Fun challenge would be for each of you to choose the items the other has to flip!! Make it challenging by choosing things each wouldn't usually pick😅
P.S. LOVE these thrift and flip videos!
I love those gold items!
For a twist on the challenge, what if you have to take something you thrift and have to completely flip/repurpose it so it’s not used as originally intended. Does that make sense?
I think it would be fun to have a bidding contest for the items! Highest bid wins the item! I’ll start on the Angel for $50!!!!!
I need a 24x36. Rice paper or something for a frame , in a English or French country side , scene. do you have anything like that ?
Why You save the quilts?
Kids Challenge. One take Jack the other take Reddrick, see what they thrift. Then you guys juju it up and sell.
Hahaha! We may not be able to fix all those broken plastic toys they want to bring home
Do a ten dollar "old books only" challenge!
We don’t have bins where I live in Texas so I am not familiar with buying by the pound. How much is the cost per lb.
89 cents to $1.99 depending on what it is.
Timed challenge. You have three minutes to pick three items and spend only $3. Or 5 for $5
Is the gold angel on the web site the same one you're working on here???? If It's not, I'd like to buy it now.
It’s on the website jamirayvintage.com/products/large-gold-angel?ToPasteboard
My maiden name is Herrington. I just heard you say that is also your maiden namd
Yes. Ours is with an A. But pretty close. Harrington is my maiden name. And I named my first born Harrington
Why do you collect readers digest books?
We sell them
I loved the rolling pin and the angel. I think for the next challenge, you guys need to flip...Jamie picks an item for Zeb and vise versa. Then which one sells first wins. Just a thought. Love watching your videos.
Oh that's a cute idea!!❤
That is so wonderful that the LDS church does that for folks who aren’t even members. Warms my heart!!!!
The readers digest books take me back to my childhood, I think that’s where my love of reading comes from. Otherwise, pretty much loving all of your projects!
I love the way the rolling pin turned out with the stamp, I like using scrap book paper too
The light blue bird on a pedestal is lovely! Great flip!
I think you and Zeb should both do a small furniture piece as a challenge. It could be a nightstand, a chair, a foot stool, etc. It would be fun to see you refinish something separately.
Another great idea!!❤
Again you got me screaming YES DARK WAX! 🤣😆😍
I was happy to see you upscale different items....No candle sticks was a nice change also....love the framed artwork as usual. Thanks
As usual I love how everything turned out. The bunny was so so cute
I think you should do a list of say 5 to 10 things that you both have to find. Like a clock, something made out of wood, a frame, something you marry, something made out of fabric etc....that would be fun
Kind of like the show Flea Market Flip! I like that idea!
God has truly blessed you two, what a joy it is for me to see such a loving couple in these dark days of life around us. Your flips are so fun to watch. I'll be hunting this weekend for some fun stuff.

I like how you look at each other when you are talking.. so nice to see in. Married couple
Wait, so Jami is $100 ahead on the $20 thrift flip challenge right? It looks like Zebs last 2 items don’t total $100 so is it fair to just claim Jami as the winner? 😂
Love these videos ❤
I think you both should have the same item in your next challenge ❤
I’d like to see you do a challenge where each of you chooses thrifts for the other.
I kinda feel like I want to buy one of Zebs remaining items to even it up😂😂😂😂
hahaha! ❤❤❤
That angel is beautiful.
The projects this week are SO pretty❤❤❤
I live in Ontario Canada. My husband and I love to thrift, we often see many items and comments that Zeb would go for this😊, however the prices at our goodwill stores are so expensive, I think Zeb would start coughing😅
Probably lol. He won’t buy it even if it’s $1 over what he usually pays
Hi, I was just wondering. Can you tell me if you're gonna be selling that? Bowl😊 with the black roses and if so where and how much
Lol German bowl😂
I gave that bowl to another thrifter who had the rest of her set so I didn’t wind up buying it
Love your challenges and would love to see you do the following: 1) Go expensive this time - budget of $25/30 but you can only buy one item. Sharpie won't bleed through primer ? Yahoo ! I thought Sharpie would bleed through drywall !!! It's great if you want something very permanent . I drew eyebrows on my dog . 😂
You two are an amazing pair….you both seem to have very strong personalities but you work together so well
How about a challenge like flea market flip? You each have to find something to redo that’s wooden, industrial and totally repurposed! Love your channel!!

Wow! The angel and the bird statue both came out completely different. Beautiful!
The piece you’re painting now is looking better already with that paint
For next weeks thrift challenge I think you should pick a piece of furniture, mirror or chairs out of the barn that Zeb and the boys clean out this week.
if you're unsure how to say a French word just type it in the search engine...pronounce poulet and it will say it for you....poo-lay
What about a thrift challenge where you have a budget, but then you have to swap items before you paint? xxx
Love the items purchased & the up-cycles. Did the stains come out of the Afghan?
All pretty good, but I just loved the bird plaque! Blessed days!
I think you should pick stuff for each other to flip. 3 items. Max 20.00
Do a furniture challenge with similar or identical pieces. Flip them in secret and then reveal them. And of course see which sells first.
I love all your thrift flips God bless you both.
Great tip on using the air dry clay on the angel. Don’t think I would have thought of that
Leave it gold!
Love the challenge videos! Zeb, you angel is so pretty!
On the angel - I was wondering how it would look with silver dry brushed over it too
Do a challenge where you pick four or five products the other one has to use on their items😊
The projects turned out beautiful! Great job 😊
Try hydro peroxide for stains specially if it's blood it will lift it
What if Zeb picks a thrift item for you and you pick one for him?
Next challenge-$10 then swap picks
I don't know why Everytime I type Jeb..it prints differently! Frustrating! I've even added it to my dictionary!...so excuse it please, i wasn't really calling him Jen lol
Zeb :)
What if you picked an item that the other person has to flip and has to sell in a week?
How about a chest mount go-pro so you can have two free hands?
The USS Arizona was a battleship sunk at Pearl Harbor Dec 7th 1941. It's still there with 900 crewmen aboard.
We went to Pearl Harbor a few years back. It was a very sobering experience.
My first video and you guys have me loving what you do,😊♥️♥️♥️! I’m excited for more! God bless….🍃💗🍃
Welcome! Glad you’re here ❤️
Zen you missed the Beatrice potter book
I thought you go look for old books Zeb
The bird and hand is a bird in the hand is better than two in a bush.
That angel needs some gold in tiny spots that are shiny
You definitely inspire me to paint more items.
I think you should pick $10 of items that you like but Zeb has to transform instead and vice versa.
I like it!
Love these thrift challenges!!
The Angel is gorgeous!
I like it just like it is
I am loving the challenges!!
Amazing! Do you have a physical store or is everything on your website?
We have a physical store in Lehi Utah and we also sell everything on our website
Best marriage of two pieces !
Jami - you might have the wooden crate listed twice. Page 1 and page 13
Thank you! I was looking for it and couldn’t find it. I deleted the old listing. I called it a box not a crate so it wasn’t pulling up. ❤️❤️❤️
Do only certain Goodwills have bins? Or do they all have them?
Just the goodwill outlets
You guys are amazing 😍!
Y’all did a great job!
