I first saw Billy at the Canberra Workers Club in 1987 and have seen him almost every time he came to Aus since, I can't wait for this album. Last time I saw him I congratulated Joe Henry for being the only person who talked more between songs than Billy.
I went to the merch website and to buy the album on Vinyl with the back catalog of CDs and it was GBP155 with GBP141 for DHL Express as the only delivery option, for a preorder. Royal Mail would be about 1/10th that cost.
Yeah, nah - not doing that.
And I first saw Michael Stipe at the Horden in March 1989.
Sorry to see that, though we've been informed that you can purchase via Amazon.co.uk, and you can buy the box set and 3LP vinyl with shipping to Australia for a postage cost of around £22, which is much more like it.
