When everybody is talking about property, means is time to sell. Not enough property supply? Gosh in Malaysia, we have plenty of people that own multiple units of property. FC boss already easily owned 20 plus units.
I think property is slightly different. It also depends on population growth. At the moment birth rates are declining so i think that would dampen the price
I believe in Bukit Jalil too, upgrade for upcoming generations from Bukit Jalil's itself, OUG and Sri Petaling. Possible Catalyst 1) KL Wellness City 2) Pavillion Bukit Jalil 3) MRanti and it's Wellness Element 4) Tzu Chi International School 5) Universities - Asia Pacific and IMU 6) Great Infrastructure within Bukit Jalil.
Fantastic video but disagree on Johor being the key location for properties to run in Malaysia, believe KV is still better with many high quality new companies opening in KV (DCs are low quality investments with few jobs). Singapore factor is also overhyped and the comparison should be SG HDB vs JB mid range service apartments.😊

Comparing sg-jb to china-shenzhen is a bit of wishful thinking i feel. The national interests, connectivity, policy volatility are the risks that cannot be underestimated. The way I see it is JB property prices will likely have up and down like roller coaster ride over the years. Promising story told - prices up , Reality sets in - bubble burst..

you better go to the show room directly. if the property in hot sale normally buyer dont have bargain power. i staying in Germany and booked one unit through agent even i am not seen it yet. but my brother visited the Show unit and said location is good. so I just go ahead.
It's just the same deal, difference just showroom staff only sell the particular developer's project, agent can show you across different developers' project, better exposure & more things getting into consideration to make informed decision, are you foreigner?
@petermalonzo1574 same to my plan. 2026/2027. so you have enough time to do survey and looking for property. if you prefer happening city choose KL, Selangor,Johor. if you prefer landed property with affordable price go to ipoh or melaka. rich of natural and culture.

It's about capital up front. The way we acquire properties are using minimal to zero capital. If you have lots of cash, I do agree you should go buy factory:)

Just curious, did you invest in any property? Because on my side, rental has increased year on year about 20%+ . Technically we are in the bullrun dy… but just not reflected in the subsale market yet.

Well he already owned 23 units when he was 24 years old. So technically it would be way more than that 😅
