First off the police chief has to be on camera with his officers who made the arrest standing by him for credit to their hard work. Secondly, why is the police chief or officer reading from a piece of paper? all he has to do is state the gist of the story and let his arresting officers fill in the blank. He has taken the credit from his officers and sitting on TV as if he did the work. Ghanaians police chiefs need to be trained on proper protocols for news conference on drug and crime bust.
