Depth minimum 5to6 feet and pillar size minimum 10×15inch. Between 10feet... Beam Bars 16mm 4 piece and 12mm 4 piece 8 mm ring.. As a workar

But being an engineer i must say few things ...
1. There should be double mesh reinforcement in case of eccentrically loaded calumn.
2. There should be a strap beam in this type of footing to hold the column which is located at boundary line/property line/edge line or [eccentrically loaded calumn]
3. Bottom steel placement will become in opposite direction w.r.t shown in video
