hi again kim! i'm back to say that I really appreciate your videos and that seeing them every day makes me so happy. in july 2019 I'm going to Japan for the very first time to spend a month in Tokyo learning Japanese on a high school abroad program. the wonderful thing about the content that you put out is that I can both learn about the country I will be in and enjoy each vlog! as I watch your videos it is comforting to see all of the places I will be able to go and I now know that I will be perfectly happy in Japan next summer. thank you so much for your hard work and I hope you have a great new year!

If you ever get the chance to be in Southern California, L.A. or in Northern California, San Francisco area, go to an authentic Mexican restaurant, Tex Mex and Mexican food restaurants are similar but also different, it’s authentic if it’s just a Mexican food. It looks like the beans you had in your taco, didn’t look fresh but from a can, it’s actually easy to make retried beans at home, you fold the tortilla once and eat with one hand... I use corn tortillas to make the taco shells...boxed taco shells taste stale after seating on the shelf for too long, unless it looks like everything in the taco will all spill out and don’t want it all over you, of course, two hands are very acceptable! Lol 😉🌮🌮. I wish you can taste my mom’s homemade Mexican food, she can cook any kinds of foods but her Mexican food is so delicious! I was just happy to see Mexican food made it to Japan! My older brother always wanted to open a Mexican restaurant since he moved to Florida when he served in the American Navy, he just missed our mom’s cooking! My mom is from California but she was taught how to cook by my grandmother and she taught me too! And then I married a white guy who loves Mexican too! Lol Someday when all this quarantine is lifted to travel more, I hope you get to visit the states, California and New York, Florida and just anywhere you want to see! 😁💖
I am subscribed to a lot of “in Japan” youtubers and many of them talk about a “meeting with their agency”. But I can’t find any videos of them explaining what that means. Does it have something to do with obtaining (and or keeping) a working visa? In a few of her older videos, Sharla used to randomly say she “has a meeting” or “I’m off to my meeting” ... but never explained what it meant. I was always just a little curious.

Remeber that was a TEX MEX restaurant, not 100% mexican 😊 I loved the video and hope you enjoyed the food but in Mexico country (not Texas) we don't use lettuce, yellow cheese, yellow corn or coliflour at all!! I am making this clarification because if some of your followers are planning to visit Mexico, they won't find any of these ingredients lol instead we use cilantro, salsa (not chilli), white shredded cheese, meat, onions and lemon... yummy!!! 😍😍😍🙆 love you kim!
