IAM 22 years old , iam having mild left abdominal pain for a long time now..I did some test and scanning,,, initially i found out that I had enlarged spleen, but I did another scanning within one week but in 2nd test spleen was normal, so I did other scanning and tests to determine the cause of the pain...I got to know that I am having grade 1 fatty liver,,(at that time I was 50 kilos)..Doctor said that fatty liver cannot cause pain in left abdominal. He did many others test everything was fine except some deficiency in some vitamins and Minerals.. and at that time I was going through depression and stress , also after examining many test results they assumed that the pain is because of stress...So I moved to my hometown for some time to improve my mental health,, its been 6 months since the first time i had pain.. now iam happy and fine, but the pain is still there.. What should I do? Also should I be worried about fatty liver( because I was 50 kgs) at that time..but now I gained weight iam 55kilos now..I didn't want to do some fasting or diet which could lead to weight loss..
