AS much as I loved Bonanza and the Cartwrights, there was one theme i never agreed with. Firstly, let me say this television series was more than just a western. Ben Cartwright was the perfect father who taught his sons so many life lessons. It was a program about family values, decency, honesty, humility, generosity, and looking out for one's friends and neighbours. However, there was this one theme that Ben frequently engaged in. We saw it in more than just one or two episodes, and it was this .... That a woman's past or a mans for that matter didn't really matter. I'm not sure that plays out as being truthful in reality. I have just seen the past always coming back to bite, in so many people's lives. However then again, this was just television, where life can be depicted as being larger and better than what it actually is. In any case it was a marvellous show that we watched for many years. Thank you for this episode.
The main part I got irritated when Joe got upset and taking for a cause this time his Dad and took a hell of a wallop and lil Joe was in the right no match at all for this guy come on Hoss and pay that guy back
I've said it before and again, it's quite the exercise to play a role, we must read thoroughly the script and fully imagine the character and personality of the character we are to play and become that character for or against our own character and personality. And before we journey into this other character we must admit, and know what we are to return to, as what we assess ourselves as.
I couldn't do it as much as I think I would be very good at it. That is the problem. A good actor is never acting. The actor believes they are the role they play or they will not be able to pull it off. To do that over and over would surly take a way part of oneself.
Police officer la Duke who upholds law and order, wasn’t really an honest with principles and the law by what I saw changing guns and cold gun put in his holster….as he changed things to look like another different story. ..
It’s probably what you’re using to hear the sound. I’ve only had one so far without the sound. There’s a guy that post a remedy to fix it in most of the comments.

Little Joe is too hot headed. He react without thinking first.
The inspector’s voice sounds like Howard Cosell!

Michael Landon's pratfalls were worthy of Chris Farley.
