The last desert reminds me a lot of halva, it's almost the same with the pistachio and all. I'm greek and we have this thing here, but I think other countries have it too. We also have baklava you were talking about. Anyways, you should definitely try greek snacks, they are very good!

Baklava is a Turkish snack but been all around countries ottoman empire invaded including almost all the middle east and greece
oh in arab countries we halva is known as halawa but they do it in a specific way. It's very good but I feel like a fat guy after eating a tub of those.
