Thank you rudy, I recently realized how far out of shape i have become over the last few years of drinking and smoking etc, and i used to be very fit but after the army i let myself go. Am 39 now and decided i have to change. I quit drinking liquor completely and only drink beer on occasions instead of every night. Im reducing my smoking drastically with the aim of completely quitting by the end of the month. If these workouts are on dvd i would be glad to buy some from you so let me know, i kinda needed a motivational boost to jumpstart me back into working out. You just gave me that. Thank you again

@ProphetofGod most new people, can't even do full squats, and they can't even do more than 2/3 pushups, this video is pointless unless you want to look like you've taken speed and you're half educated on begginer excercises. you just need to jog a bit, do pushups and situps one day. squats the next, and for shoulders, get a light pair of dumb bells and maybe for bent over lats, this shit is plain dumb. You're going to fuck your muscles up before you get a chance to build any, dont do this ppl
Man, i don't know what the hell you're teaching, first your seated row is HORRIBLE, and who the hell jumps into a snatch and grab LMAO, you're gonna blow your back out. Second, not everyone has this intensity, you should do a slower version. Second, you do NOT roll your shoulders for a warm up, you push up or out, they're fragile muscles, you don't throw them around like that. That much of a warmup is just plain stupid, you only need to spend 5 minutes on a seated row, or jog on the spot.
For those who don't know (99% of the civilian population) we are trained to say 9er and one zero for reasons of communication over green gear (military comm gear) The reason being is that sometimes 5 can sound like 9 or b sounds like v etc, it helps to avoid confusion over the wire.
