I can't trust almost everyone in Penacony. But I sincerely want to believe that Firefly's feelings towards Trailblazer is genuine. It's genuine in a sense that she truly enjoys being with Trailblazer, and she _never_ consider Trailblazer as an enemy. She brought Trailblazer to her secret base, she shared about her physical condition, she enjoys every moment in her dream, and said moments includes her moments with Trailblazer. I want to believe that she is just a genuinely sweet girl, despite whatever mission she is currently doing.

I’ve played HI3 and the rooftop scene will still take the top spot as favorite Honkai moment. I cried my eyes out even more so than ch 25 and ch 31. I really relate to Firefly also having a chronic illness that limits my life greatly. I’ve shared the same sentiments as Firefly. “I have a dream I want to achieve so badly in the real world, but I can’t”, hits me like a brick. Seeing the hope Firefly had, is one of the most encouraging and validating things I’ve experienced in a Honkai game. As much as we meme on him, Thank you Shaoji, for such a beautiful character. Also, she’s alive and I will have my told you so moment. 😂
