Ford has awakened and taken big steps towards increasing quality and reliability. At the end of the day every vehicle is designed and made by humans. I have always driven Fords, some were great and some not so much. Great review!
I'm looking to possibly buy a Tremor in 2024 for overlanding. Will you be doing a 2 year review? Interested to see what else you learned in the past year.
One day I’ll get a Tremor. I’ve had two Raptors and a number of F150s. Really miss the FX4 trim level from back in the day. Feel like this is the perfect middle ground. Thanks for helping make my decision that much easier.
Thanks for watching! Yeah I love this setup. Raptor is too wide for alot of the trails we do. We get the Raptor internals with a regular f150 body. Win win!
Just got mine while also. Put the fox snap ring 2.0 upfront . God looks so much better and rides great. My only regret is not getting the pano roof. But I had so many issues with that on my raptor I didn’t wanna risk it again.
I hear ya. I've never had an issue in any of mine so I guess I haven't been bit yet. My last 2 Platinum's had issue after issue with the back sliding window. Hopefully they have fixed that since 2018.
Yeah the 3.5 has more torque and hp compared to the 5.0 that is unless you do a Whipple then you got everyone beat! Honestly can't go wrong with either.
@TremorTrails that's why you're awesome sir! No bs understanding and real time review.Your Chanel is tremor standard. Keep up the awesome work. P.s I do plan to do a whipple. Hopefully it's worth the money .
Random question but have you ever had any problems with audio not working out of some speakers? It only happens once and awhile on mine but if I let the truck sit over night it goes away. Thanks!
I have heard of it happening but I've never had an issue. I'd run it up to your Ford Dealer and have them check it out. Seems to be an issue on later 22's

Good advice - just drive it! Helpful mods and information. Got a ‘23 ordered and can’t wait
Thanks as always Kevin!

That's a great question! I haven't thought much about it, but I definitely should think about doing a follow up.

You should look into Talon’s Garage for skid plates. Far far better than stock.
I'll check them out!

With the added weight over time , are you gonna bump the power a bit? Great rig already.
Haven't needed it to be honest. This little motor is outstanding on torque and hp. However, let's never say never ha!!
@TremorTrails that's fair. I went with the 5.0 based off exhaust note only 😄. But will say it's crazy the 3.5EB can flirt with 600hp with only a tune.

@raptordc5 I appreciate it!

Yes! All my right side speakers stopped one day. I just turned the truck off and back on and they came back, so no clue.
