Vintage 3 way AIWA Speakers SX-12 Disintegrates

These epic speakers couldn't handle to volume and began to disintegrate. Actually the rubber rim around the speaker cones had just deteriorated from old age and gone brittle. Easy enough for the right person to replace these rubber seals. Still puts out a great big sound even in this state.

Hi there! Any videotutorial to do this? My uncle just gave me a couple of SX12 and they are like in this video. I am not 100% sure about which repair parts I should buy or the best way to repair them. I find mixed tuturials around with different glues and techniques... I'll appreciate any help!! Thanks!

The loudness did help the rubber gasket to part ways with the cone but they were brittle from age.
