Watching your clearances I see so many poorly installed rain water drains. Are there no building control inspections when these are installed in Australia.

Maybe slap a patch repair around that corrugated pipe and joint, make it smooth and sealed. Cut the downspout, and set a gully and grate

We have a strict 'NO WIPES' notice on all our toilet doors.. I just will not have them in the house. They are in the cars and other vehicles but never the home.. ..if they can get oil off your hands, imagine what natural oils they are stripping from your brown eye..!! They are never good for toilet use, ever..
