I like how you could have made the much more reasonable choice to just max out their luck at the vanilla 30, but that wouldn't involve grinding every unit to level 20 on the first map so you did that instead. This is truly peak Fire Emblem
Magic weapons use a durability in almost every game they’re in iirc; I like to imagine it as each time they use a spell they have to rip a page out of the book, so even if they miss they’re still running out of pages

I think the weapon degradation on miss is only for magic, it doesn't apply to bows or javelins or hand axes. But it does apply to magic weapons like runesword.

@shytendeakatamanoir9740 ik. I'm just saying, Rutger being as good as he is is due to Hard Mode, since he gets increases to his base stats as an enemy, and those increases carry over when you recruit him. Therefore, it makes sense in my eyes that Rutger would have 99 Luck as well.
@shytendeakatamanoir9740 ik it's not just Rutger, but he's a very prominent one. And I kinda figured he wouldn't, but still. Would've been fun, at least.
Very impressive dedication- I'm sure this is the most the Armor triangle attack has ever been used. I wonder what other 99 stats would be possible and interesting? Skill, HP, and Resistance would maybe probably be possible? Although Res wouldn't matter much besides making Mages useless for anything but healing. And HP would also be just more like vanilla, but longer, although you might just run out of weapon uses at the beginning. So skill, then? It would be pretty rough, possibly worse, since enemies would have at least 50 crit, and always hit you. I was gonna suggest speed, but then I remembered that being doubled isn't the problem, it's the 198+ avoid.
No, being doubled would be bad too. I think Skill would be the most interesting, since it forces a very, very offensive playstyle to avoid ever getting hit
