Sir to avoid jet lag best solution is dont sleep in flight and sleep at in the destination For : example if your traveling from india to us lets think your flight is at 2 am ist then you don't sleep the night of travelling and dont sleep in flight and once you reach us stay awake till night and sleep in the night. So that you will get adjusted to us timings
